A Mother's Heart

It’s springtime- such a beautiful time of year and so it’s only fitting that we celebrate Mother’s Day next month. It got me thinking about how powerful a mother’s love can be. Most mothers will do almost anything for their children and help them to be better than themselves.

My mother instilled a positive set of morals and values into us and made sure we got a good education. My sister who is also a mother, made sure her child ate only the best natural food and had a great vacation every year. My elderly mother-in-law drove from a distance to help my husband and I pack when we were moving and worked almost harder than the two of us. The list goes on and on.

So who can disagree with the Italian proverb, “God’s greatest gift is a mother’s heart.”
